The tort law of West Virginia relating to "retaliatory discharge" will not be applied to a case where: (1) a written employment contract was entered into in Maryland; (2) an injury occurred in Maryland and a workers compensation claim was filed in Maryland; (3) the employers place of business is in Maryland; (4) and, the parties agreed in their contract that the employment relationship would be governed by the laws of Maryland.
